Age Limit: Candidates
age limit should be 21 – 27 years i.e Candidate should not have been
born earlier than 02-01-1988 and not later than 01-01-1994 for CT/
Driver Post, 18 – 23 years i.e Candidate should not have been born
earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-1997 for all Other
Posts as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Matriculation or equivalent from a board, or
university recognized by the Central or State Govt. Candidates should
possess “Transport Vehicle” driving license for CT/ Driver Post, Should
possess 02 year ITI Certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle issued by
National Council for Vocational Training approved by DGET, Ministry of
Labour, GOI for CT/ Fitter Post, Must be proficient in respective trades
for Tradesmen Post, Must have one year experience for CT/ Fitter Post.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of First Phase (PET, Screening of
Testimonials, Physical Measurement/ Standard test), Second Phase
(Written test), Third Phase (Trade test), Fourth Phase (Medical
examination).
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs.50/- through crossed IPO/ Demand Draft/
Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of the Deputy Inspector General of
Police of concerned addresses for Male (General & OBC) category
candidates. SC & ST, female, Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted
from fee.
How to Apply: Eligible
ordinarily resident of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu,
Kerala, Maharashtra and Gujarat can send their applications in the
prescribed format along with attested copies of four self addressed
envelopes of 4” x 9” size duly affixing postage stamps for Rs. 27/-,
IPO/ Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque to the concerned addresses on or
before 20-12-2014 by 17:00 Hrs. The documents containing envelope should
be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (TECH &
TRADES) IN CRPF –2014″.
