Total No. of Posts: 163
Name of the Post:
1. Personal Assistant Gujarati Stenographer Grade – II: 44 posts
2. Personal Assistant – English Stenographer Grade – II: 94 posts
3. Gujarati Stenographer Grade-III: 20 posts
4. English Stenographer Grade-III: 05 posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 40 years as on 14-07-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree/ Equivalent with Shorthand speed of Gujarati 75 wpm & Typing speed of Gujarati 25 wpm for S.No.1 post, Degree/ Equivalent with Shorthand speed of English 100 wpm & Typing speed of English 40 wpm for S.No.2 post, H.Sc with Shorthand speed of Gujarati 60 wpm & Typing speed of Gujarati 25 wpm for S.No.3 post, H.Sc with Shorthand speed of English 80 wpm & Typing speed of English 40 wpm for S.No.4 post.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Exam, Shorthand & Typing Test.
Exam Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 100/- + Rs. 12/- Postal Charges, Fee can be pay through Computerized Post Office. SC, ST, SEBC, PH & Ex.Servicemen candidates are exempted from Fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website ojas.guj.nic.in or gsssb.gujarat.gov.in from 25-06-2015 at 02:00 PM to 14-07-2015 till 11:59 PM.
Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Before applying online, candidates must have scanned photograph & signature.
2. Log on to the website ojas.guj.nic.in
3. Click on “Apply Online” —> “Apply Now” beside the desired post.
4. Fill all the mandatory details in the application form and Submit.
5. An unique Application Number will be generated, retain it for further use.
6. Edit the application form by using application number, date of birth and click on confirm button.
7. Upload scanned photograph & signature, click on confirm button.
8. Take printout of application form and retain it for future reference.
Important Dates:
Starting Date to Apply Online: 25-06-2015 at 02:00 PM onwards.
Closing Date to Apply Online: 14-07-2015 till 11:59 PM.
